ESTABLISHING UTILITY SERVICES
New Service Deposit: $350.00 required to establish new service.
Billing period will be on the 15th of one month through the 15th of the next month. Water bills are due by the 15th of each month. There is a 10% increase to your balance after the 15th of the month. Final day to pay your bill is the 25th of each month. Services will be terminated if not paid by the following workday. The total bill plus a late charge/reconnection charge of $35.00 must be paid prior to services being restored. NSF check charge will be $30.00.
Drop box is located in the front of building for water payments.
Please do not deposit cash into the drop box, we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced payments. Check or money order only please.
UTILITY SERVICE FORMS:
Garbage service is provided by ACI Recycling and & Disposal. Garbage collection is on Wednesday, please place your cart at the curb by 7:00a.m. ACI's service include the contents of the 95 gallon cart plus an additional 5 - 35 gallon plastic bags or bundles.
Brush will be collected at no charge once per month. Brush must be no larger than four (4) inches in diameter and stacked neatly by the street/curb. Brush should be in bundles not to exceed four (4) cubic yards with dimensions no larger than five (5) feet in length, three (5) feet in width, and three (3) feet in height. Customers must call City Hall by 5:00 p.m. two days before the designated day to schedule brush pickup.
Bulky Waste shall be picked up twice per year for the special collection and hauling from residential customers of bulky waste, construction debris and stable matter (with a limitation of five (5) cubic yards) from all residential locations receiving garbage collection services. Residents will be notified by the contractor two weeks before such special collection.
