ESTABLISHING UTILITY SERVICES

New Service Deposit: $350.00 required to establish new service. 

Billing period will be on the 15th of one month through the 15th of the next month. Water bills are due by the 15th of each month before the close of business. There is a 10% increase to your balance after the 15th of the month. Final day to pay your bill is the 25th of each month before the close of business, and services will be terminated the next day. The total bill plus a late charge/nonpayment fee of $35.00 must be paid prior to services being restored. NSF check charge will be $30.00.

The drop box is located in the front of building for water payments. Due to COVID-19, this is the preferred method of payment in lieu of in-person payments. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Online payments are also accepted at the link on this page. You will need to register first. For more information on registration procedures, click here.

Please do not deposit cash into the drop box, we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced payments. Check or money order only please.

GARBAGE SERVICE

Garbage service is provided by South Texas Rural Disposal. Garbage collection is on Wednesday, please place your cart at the curb by 7:00a.m. No personal cans are allowed. If you would like an additional can please call city hall.

Brush is collected on a quarterly basis at no addition charge to customers. There must be active garbage service at the address. Brush must be no larger than four (4) inches in diameter and stacked neatly by the street/curb. Brush should be in bundles not to exceed four (4) cubic yards with dimensions no larger than five (5) feet in length, three (5) feet in width, and three (3) feet in height. DO NOT PLACE BRUSH CURBSIDE UNTIL A WEEK PRIOR TO PICK UP!! BE SURE TO READ THE BACK OF YOUR BILL FOR PICK UP INFORMATION.

Bulky Waste shall be picked up twice per year for the special collection and hauling from residential customers of bulky waste, construction debris and stable matter (with a limitation of five (5) cubic yards) from all residential locations receiving garbage collection services.

Watch the back of the bill for upcoming pickups!

Residents should have Bulk/Brush out before the start of the event. Once crews have gone through they will not go back.
