CITY OF NATALIA ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR’S BUDGET BY AN AMOUNT OF $44,105 OR 11.95% INCREASE FROM LAST YEAR’S BUDGET, AND OF THAT AMOUNT $11,608 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.
